1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cleovici website (cleovici.com), subscribing to our advisory retainers (such as Fintech Radar), or booking compliance health checks, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Scope & Retainers

Cleovici provides strategic fintech regulatory consulting, AI governance advisory, compliance audits (DORA, PSD2, MiCA, AI Act), and certification framework design.

• Advisory Retainers: Monthly retainers (e.g., Fintech Radar €700/month) provide dedicated advisory hours, email Q&A, and regulatory updates. Retainers operate on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
• Scoped Projects & Audits: Fixed-scope projects (such as AI Fairness Audits or Licence Readiness Audits) are governed by specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreements detailing milestones and deliverables.
• Free Compliance Health Check: The free 30-minute intake session and written report are provided without obligation.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials, methodologies, training frameworks, and custom software models developed by Cleovici remain the intellectual property of Cleovici or its licensors unless explicitly transferred in writing under an executed client contract.

Both parties agree to maintain non-disclosure and strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business data, audit findings, and regulatory strategies shared during engagements.

4. Limitation of Liability & Regulatory Disclaimer

While Cleovici provides expert regulatory strategy and supervisory alignment, our advisory services do not constitute formal legal representation in a court of law. Final regulatory approval remains at the sole discretion of relevant financial supervisory authorities (such as Finansinspektionen, Central Bank of Oman, or regional authorities).

Cleovici shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from regulatory changes, operational decisions, or third-party platform failures.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court of Stockholm, Sweden.
